Pay attention to the things you tell yourself on a daily basis.
🔸Are they positive, negative or neutral?
🔹Do you dwell on your problems, or do you focus on solutions?
🔸Do you see the world as a friendly place or a hostile place?
The quality of your thoughts have a direct impact on the quality of your life.
We can make our way through the day carrying a sense of struggle. An alternative is to get familiar with our thinking patterns, identify those which are helping and those that are hindering us.
If you’d like to create more ease and flow in our life, 🔹start by paying attention *how* you think🔹capture these in a journal for reflection.
This will boost your ability to lead yourself through your day with a greater sense of knowing and confidence.
