Wellness overload??? 

You don’t have to go far to find someone talking about wellness.

Raising awareness of our need to invest in our wellness, most people would agree, is a good thing.

As with all things we consume, there’s a balance to be had⚖️

Chatting with a client, she said she felt like her life was just one big to do list📝

Despite her efforts, she felt she was getting nowhere.

The overwhelm button – jammed firmly 🔛

 “I even feel like I am failing at my wellness to-do list”, she said😣

With a minefield of choices, when it comes to having a healthy lifestyle, things can get confusing.

As we head into the weekend… a couple of reminders:
🔹You are not a to-do list🔹
🔸When it comes to wellness activities – keep it simple 🔸

Time to lighten the load ❣️
