We need to remember to breathe *well*.
All too often our breathing is tense, short and shallow.
Take a few moments throughout the day to check in with yourself.
How’s your breathing?
Are you holding any tension?
Want to feel better? Time to release and let it go.
Try this:
inhale for a count of 4
hold your breath for a count of 2
exhale slowly for a count of 4
hold for a count of 2
You may like to do 3 cycles.
We hold lots of tension in our deltoids/ shoulders.
Perhaps add in a shoulder roll?
Roll your shoulders up to your ears, squeeze at the top, release and roll back down. Do this at least 3 times.
