In need of some good news?

Good vibes in short supply? ⚡

These days it feels like the news it full of what’s not going right in the world. That can all feel pretty weighty.

I try to keep my consumption of the regular news to a minimum, otherwise you’d be forgiven for thinking that’s all that’s going on in the world.

🧠What we feed our brains daily whether we consciously realise it or not affects our mood and in turn our behavoiur and our results.

This includes what we read, watch, listen to as well as those we surround ourselves with.
